All is well for me there -- wouldn't change a thing. Can't finagle the rating column, but I'd give you all 4 stars!
GD does an excellent job and is managed well, communication is very good and everyone on staff is most helpful and professional. You might want to ease up a bit on the auto reminders via email or phone.

Great service offered to patients. Easy to reschedule appointments. Very nice people, quality services.
I had to cancel an appt. due to an unexpected death in my family. My appt was for late afternoon I received the bad news around 9:30am and called to cancel the appt at around 11:30. There for I did not give a 24 Hour notice. The lady on the phone was noottt very sympathetic was just concerned about rescheduling and gave me a hard time about not giving a 24 hour notice. I was not very impressed.
The team explained every step in detail, made me feel comfortable about the procedure. The estimated time for the appointment was right on, so I could plan my work day around the appointment.
