Very disapointed with new person cleaning, as So Fine was Judi previously, & have been thinking about switching to my Kaiser insurance for dental, also? I've been with you for almost 20 years, but especially with this new person who had no advice & encouragement, or any tools or encouragement & how to use them? Also with paying to get Dentist to give exam, seemed like he did nothing or gave any advice ?
Great experience! My usual 6-month cleaning and check-up. New hygienist was very gentle and they have a new water-pik-like tool that apparently helps get stains off. She was very conservative with the "scaling," or maybe I just didn't need very much this time, so didn't take as long and was easier on my nerves (the scraping can get to me after a while!).
Everything was on time, professional, well explained and cordial.
As a new patient of Summit Dental, I am very pleased with my experience. The admin staff is awesome, the technicians knowledgeable and professional ( and funny!), and Dr. David Wilson, outstanding! I'm thankful to have found Summit Dental.
