Summit Defense - Best Attorney in The City – Steve Davidson is highly recommended. He told me like is was. Steve said there would be no jail time - thank God - and I could get some much needed sleep over the weekend. He was hopeful my petty theft case would be dismissed. Good experience. I recomend. – I was very pleased with (and pleasantly surprised by) my experience with Summit Defense. I know lawyers get a bad wrap but everyone, including my main attorney were genuine, good people who cared about me and my case. Now I have a second chance and I learned a big life lesson. Professional and Reliable – I am a business attorney who does not handle criminal cases. I had a client who was accused of embezzlement by a disgruntled ex-partner. I also recommend Summit Defense – I got the 2 AM phone call. Luckily my son was okay but he had been drinking at a party and despite the fact that I have always told him to call me for a ride if he?d been drinking, he choose to drive home and got arrested for drunk driving. they saved me from domestic violence – I was arrested for domestic violence earlier this year. What happened was my wife and I got in a shouting match over money issues. I didn't hurt her, but I did push her away when she started throwing things at me. I regret doing this very much. She called the police and they arrested me. very helpful – I am ashamed to say that I received a DUI three months ago after having a few too many beers after work and driving home. I didn't feel tipsy and drove under control.
