This is the first time I have ever received a citation and so when DMV sent me a letter of potential license suspension I contacted this office since they had taken a fee to represent me but hadn't forwarded any court charges or even informed me when I expressly called them to check. I was merely reading out from the letter what exact concern I had but their secretary didn't give me a chance to speak or hear me out. She kept aggressively talking over me cutting me off every line , extremely impolite After all I was a client and deserves to know & be reassured what the DMV was trying to say to me. What is interesting is that they had only the one method to reach me?? in what is apparently a time sensitive matter Strangely not even a single phone call or text was sent to bring my attention to that fine due. In fact what is even more unbelievable is that when I called in twice after the court date I was informed by their staff that "no more action was due from my side"
I was shocked to receive that DMV letter per which my license could have been suspended if I hadnt proactively called them again. Since Cotten Law staff was so unhelpful I called the county court directly to figure out what to expect. The clerk there was certainly more helpful & patient - unlike the unhelpful & rude staff here.
