The fan in my laptop was not working. I told them a screen on my computer told me that and then automatically went into shutdown mode. They agreed that was the problem and replaced my fan and let me watch how they did it. I am happy with my computer now. They are very knowledgeable about any questions I have asked as well. From the moment I walked through the door I was given a warm welcome and a quick diagnosis. It was a simple in and out, or so we thought. My computer and warranty with Acer ended up being a nightmare, and I am so thankful that Chris and the people at Summit were here to deal with all the problems that arrived. Chris went above and beyond what I could have ever expected and made this whole ordeal tolerable. I highly recommend, and would trust them with all my electronics, they are just amazing.
I took in my Bluetooth speaker to see if it could get fixed and turned out to have a non serviceable part, so it was non reparable, but that didn't stop Chris from helping me out and to find a solution for me, he was on the phone with costumer service for over 1.5hrs kid you not lol, he was determined to get the job done considering this was all after hours.
