This place is great! The staff is so friendly and helpful. In the past they have helped me with my phone twice and today with my laptop! If your in the area and need tech support they are the place to go!
I needed to replace the battery in my old iPhone and they were fast and great! On top of that their price is better than competitive. It’s great to have someone in town that you know can help you squeeze the most out of your electronics.
I've been there several times in the last month or two, and not only have their rates for repair and parts been fair, but the customer service offered by the staff is above and beyond. It's been too often that I've gone into big store electronic stores and watch employees talk to me as they would a child or talk beyond my understanding. The staff at Summit were unbelievably kind and genuine in their efforts to fix my computer. As a college student dependent on my laptop, they were both sympathetic and quick to find a solution. My keyboard and trackpad were unresponsive, and they managed to get it working perfectly again.
