These people know their stuff, both PC and MAC! They are efficient, helpful, instructive, and reassuring. They check things out, inform you of the problem and options, then get to work. I will be back when I need help, but, for now, they solved the problem and have made it possible for me to just keep keepin' on. Thanks!
Brought my Macbook to the Summit because I popped out my spacebar while trying to clean my keyboard. I've been having an issue with stickey keys and I thought the reason why was because of the crumbs in my keyboard. Long story short, the Summit saved me $100's by going the extra mile and looking for ways I could save! THANK YOU!

If anyone is looking for an excellent computer tech this is the place to take your computer. We have had ours in the shop twice for clean-up etc and have had excellent service. Not only is the "boss lady" very knowledgable but is the owners daughter. This place is honest and the service is outstanding. I recommend them to anyone.
I lost my computer charger and needed one to finish a paper. They could not find a sellable charger for my computer, they really did their best to look for one. So when she couldn’t, see offered places to go as well as gave me a (not sellable) charger that could at least get my computer turned on to get this paper turned in. Thank you so much, best customer service I’ve received in a while!
