Staff is always. courteous, friendly and professional. Clothes are laundered and dry cleaned well. One of the reasons I use Summit is for the in by 9 out by 5 service. However, a number of times recently, not all my order has been ready by 5; several times the next day my order wasn't ready. This Summit is out of the way now that we've moved so it's quite inconvenient to make multiples trips.
