Steve was a great guy to work with for me buying my first truck from a dealer but I’ve had a hand full of issues with them telling me options like that a block heater was on the truck when it was not and they won’t send me a block heater for the truck or anything
Took in for replacement part that was on recall and they did not replace the part. They removed it and put in a threaded plug instead which is not what I was told nor what I wanted but didn't know till it was done and given the paperwork. What if I want to be able to plug my car in for the cod months to help it start in the winter? I can't because the heater block isn't even there just some stupid plug in place of it. Was never told that's what they were doing and wasn't asked if that's what I wanted or preferred. Bad commun... read more
