Tanner and Dana were fantastic. Tanner went through the car thoroughly with me explaining everything they could find on the car's history. Tanner did everything he could to move things along as quickly as possible as Dana was the only finance person in on the day I arrived. Dana was great - she was very apologetic for the wait and very helpful in going through available options with me. Definitely recommend Tanner, Dana, and my Summit experience.
I purchased a car from this dealership with the agreement that hail damage, sustained on their lot would be repaired. My salesperson quit the same week I bought the car, and from that point on, communication was extremely poor. I had to call and message repeatedly for updates, and the repairs took 3–4 weeks on and off before I finally got my car back, which then I found the trim of the doors were still damaged from hail and later had to call and bring the vehicle back when the parts were ordered to have them replaced. My daughter purchased her first car from Summit. It was a fantastic experience for her and she got a great car for a great deal! Tanner was easy to work with and Danah was super knowledgeable and finance was breeze. We didn’t feel pressure or feel like we was being taken advantage of. I highly recommend!
