The tour was amazing and the assistant manager created such a great experience.
Well for one these apartments is very money hungry nothing in the units is up to date management is very unprofessional they don’t fix anything they just paint over it also some units are roach infested
Beautiful community in the daytime when nighttime hits it’s a whole different story a lot of foot traffic loud music.
This is a long story lol to start off I lived in apt 160 from the moment I moved I saw a roach in my dishwasher. Alive. I informed Jessica the management and they did have someone come and spray the house. Jessica for MULTIPLE WEEKS. Damn near two months keep reassuring me that I’ll just see 1 or 2 more after the spray meanwhile the people behind my apartment had a whole infestation of roaches. They never fumigated until I ASKED. The truth is I do not recommend them because they want to charge for everything, food dispenser, garbage and even door insurance that only covers damage to the property not to your belongings, and they are not responsible if they lose any of your packages from the office, they have terrible management, they tell you that they will give you the first month for free but they end up charging you triple the amount, most of the people who sign a contract leave as soon as the contract ends, meaning they do not have long-term tenan... read more
