Really happy with the work and the professional craftsmanship great people my installer Miguel was a super nice person with great attitude was very helpful and courteous towards me he worked fast and professional cleaned up his mess building looks great couldn't be happier....will recommend Summertown metals anybody looking to do a shop or barn...(Minor Hill area)
Last fall I was priced a 30 x 40 from one employee and when I call back to confirm and order my building Eric got on the phone and said that he could not honor the price the employee had gave me. Very bad Eric is a young punk . and I wouldn't take a free building from them. Stop by a neighbor that moved in and had a building built by them and he said that they tried to raise the price and he told me to come and get the kit and then they agreed to do it for what they quoted him. I could not with a good conscience reccomend anyone ever purchasing a building from this company. Before you purchase ask about and get in writting these items. 1. Is Summertown Metals licensed to quote and sell buildings over $25,000 in TN? If not how are they getting away with it? 2. Do they store their metal coils in a climate controlled environment and if not will the manufacturer still stand behind the paint warranty they offer? 3. These folks have top notch materials and great service . I buy about three barns a week and continue to have great experiences
They would not call me back with a price and one of my friends had a barn built by them and he said he had a lot of repairs and they wouldn't fix any of them and said the builder they sent out was very rude and mean and when he would ask them a question they would tell him to get in the house or it want get built.....
