I started with a 30 x 40 building plan, but after meeting with Allen Stohl, decided on a 30 x 50 with a 10 foot roof extension and a 12 foot lean to shed to one side. Allen and his staff were eager to help and suggest building ideas. All of my ideas were taken with a great deal of respect and knowledge with a few adjustments from them. Perfect experience! Great people! Great quality work completed in the timeline they projected. Kendon’s crew on the tin were fast and the end result looks amazing! Stress free build. Would totally recommend 10/10 times!
Kendon Stoll came out and put a new roof on for me. Top notch crew. Shows up on time very polite crew and did everything I asked him to. Roof looks great. I am a contractor myself so i know what good work is. I'm just to old to be on a roof. I Highly recommend his work.
Summertown Metals was a hit and miss experience for us - some of the products were delivered in good condition, some not - rust wire mesh, mold on boards and trusses, etc. My biggest issue was the lack of professionalism demonstrated by our sales rep as well as the fact that both issues we experienced across multiple large purchases were treated like my problem to figure out and not Summertown’s - with the most recent one having their purchasing manager check the recording of our call to see if there was some way to get out ... read more
Derick with Summertown Metals was awesome to work with. He went above and beyond with the build of our 40x30 shop. He was there every step of the way checking in on things and making sure we were satisfied. All the workers that help construct the building were polite and respectful. I would highly recommend Derek as your main contact.
SUMMERTOWNMETALS built a shop/ house barndo for us. After paying for all materials up front and paying for labor every week, we discovered major issues along our journey of finishing the inside! We have spent thousand of extra money buying supplies to fix their problems and thousands in interest. The first major problem was the interior steps. I purchased a 30x50 building. After construction started it was discovered the overhang on my roof was not what I wanted. We had 2 or 3 days of confusion on how to make it right. One of the owners of SM got involved and solved the issue I was concerned about. Once completed the owner came to my job site not to see if I was satisfied but to make sure I was happy.
