Summersville Healthcare Center sure made my dad's transition a smooth and very pleasant experience. They immediately accessed his needs upon his arrival/checkin, both personal and medical. The staff is professional and friendly, and had everything ready for him as well as the paperwork, etc. for his family. It could not have been any easier or less stressful! Wonderful facility providing dignity to the residents. Highly recommend!
The staff and care team at Summersville Healthcare Center have been phenomenal in assisting our aunt in her transition from a home setting to their facility. Our experience has been first class. The team has gone the extra mile to ensure our aunt is receiving all the support and attention she needs to thrive in the Center. We have peace of mind that she is safe and living her best life!
My Aunt is currently in this extremely clean facility & their staff would be described as "ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL" Kristen has been EXCEPTIONAL with her communication concerning Aunt Dama's recent transfer from another Facility!!
