My Aunt is currently in this extremely clean facility & their staff would be described as "ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL" Kristen has been EXCEPTIONAL with her communication concerning Aunt Dama's recent transfer from another Facility!! The facility is very nice & clean & has friendly accommodating staff. Has a variety of activities for residents! My Aunt has improved since being transferred there from another facility.
Our family has been very pleased with this facility. It is very clean and the staff very accommodating.
I can't say enough wonderful things about this facility. My Mother transferred from another Nursing Home to Summersville and to say it is night and day is such an understatement. All of the staff treats your loved one like family. I feel so relieved that Mom is here. This place is the BEST!!!
One would assume or imagine that a "Nursing Home/ Healthcare Center" would be riddled with issues, lack of cleanliness, and understaffing issues. However, this facility is very much the opposite. My mother was transferred here a little over 2 yrs ago, and although I live in South Carolina, we have peace of mind knowing that she rests and lives in great hands.
