Excellent service and friendly staff
Didn't see any room for improvement with one exception. I retired from ECU several years ago as the Business Manager, which is now an Associate V C for Business Services. In my career there i created numerous forms. I always left ample room for the requested answers. The green form which I completed for you was just the opposite of that. There was plenty of unused space on your form which could have been used for longer blank spaces for answers. Look at your margins for example. Very professional I may be mistaken but when I was in for my consultation,I was told by the doctor this visit was a no charge. When I checked out I was charged $101.
