The first time I met Dr. Johnson in the year 2008-2009, I was very impressed with his bedside manners. He immediately made me feel at ease with the way that he communicated with me about my care. Sometimes it is just the way that you talk to an individual and smile that makes you feel appreciated. My visit on the 15th of August was awesome. Excellent customer service from the front desk to be checked in to the dental chair for dental care back to the front desk for check out. What a TEAM!
Dr. Summers is kind , skilled, compassionate, and thorough! He gives excellent injections, too! His staff is efficient and caring. I received excellent treatment!
Everything about this practice is impressive. Reception staff is friendly and polite as are all the hygienists. Wait time is very short and Dr. Summers is professional, friendly and communicates what he's doing and what else needs to be done very clearly.
The practice saw me within two hours after my dental emergency. Each person I dealt with was efficient, caring, and gracious. The practice exemplifies excellence.
