Great service and follow up ! Most importantly, Brian Summers is very topnotch and professional in his efforts to help his patients, regardless of what dental issues they are confronting.
Staff is always friendly. They not only make you feel welcome; but they also make you feel comfortable. I also like how they repeatedly remind you of your appointment.
These guys are very professional from top to bottom. I called in after seeing Dr. Johnson almost a year ago for a consultation and decided and decided to put it off. After having much pain I decided to call back to see when I can have the procedure done. Instead of having to wait one or two weeks or more they were able to schedule me the very next day. Obviously this cannot happen all time, but it sure made it convenient for me.
Both the people and facilities were first class. Very pleased with the personable approach, knowledgable team, and pleasant atmosphere.
Finally! A doctor's office that respects your time too. I inadvertently arrived for my appointment over an hour early. I was greeted promptly, checked in and took a seat in the lobby. Within just a few minutes, I was called back to the exam rooms. I waited only a short time while the doctor finished with another patient before the doctor entered the room. This is my second time needing Summers and Johnson's services and every visit is been timely and professional.
