Love my apartment!! The complex is always clean, and the grounds are kept nice.. My apartment is very spacious, and is always quiet in the complex.. love it!!
Friend of mind lives here. Her husband active service member and she is alone often. Her roof has had a leak for over 5 months now. She calls to get it fixed. All they have done so far is paint over the water damage and put trash can under the leak. When she calls to get it fixed they come empty trash can of water mop it up and that is all. The mold and trash can has attracted Roaches and other insects. She has been often these past few months. Likely due to the mold. Do not choose these apartments......
I would like to say how AMAZING it is to live at Summerfield Apartment Homes!!! I have been a resident here for over a year! When I tell you I forget that I even rent here, it's that amazing. To easy This beautiful, quiet, spacious apartment home is where you want to be! I love all the community service, the giving back to our local community and also to the residents!
