The apartments are beautiful and just the right price for all of the amenities they have! New office staff is professional and cares about the residents. Great place to call home!
Went to visit my friend that lived down there and the apartment complex was run down and the management was very rude to me whenever I was outside.
I will give them a zero for Ken they menace sucks their management sucks specially the ones work in the office they have the worst attitude so do not move into these apartments trust me you don’t not want the headache
If I wasn't currently living in Shreveport, I'd live here. Nice and friendly people and seems to be events monthly.
I have lived here for two great years! Sheika is an amazing leasing consultant and property manager, they have activities almost every month. Very quiet family living if you have kids. You absolutely get what you pay for 💁🏽
