Called to find a new doctor and was scheduled different 4 times, but they called each time to reschedule saying insurance has not updated her as the new doctor so we have to wait. Today we get a letter in mychart saying we missed to many appointments and we are being discharged. When i called to speak with someone, i was told it says we had 5 no shows.
