Sullivans FAMILY AUTO REPAIR IS THE BIGGEST SCAM AT THE OCEANFRONT!!!! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS. My $16 inspection went from that to headlight adjustments at $20 a piece and a lot more. Mind you they were installed by professionals two months prior to my inspection. Then they “claimed” my high beams did not work. Charged me another $50 to diagnose. Lol. Took my car in to have alternator replaced did not put car parts back correctly and had to have alternator replaced after a week. Went back to see if alternator was still under warranty and they said its only under warranty for a year. Go to any auto parts place and they cover parts like that under lifetime warranty. So what happens is they charge you for a covered alternator and labor and keep all the money. So now im gonna buy an alternator thats covered with a lifetime warranty for 174.00 in which they charged me 200+ and... read more

I took my car in to have a timing belt and fix an oil leak. A year later the mechanic is telling me I need a new timing belt and he can't fix the oil leak. I took it to another mechanic and he fixed the oil leak and replaced the timing belt. They should have fixed the problem the first time, and done it correctly.

I took my car to get it detailed the receptionist and manager were warm curtious. When I returned to pick up my vehicle parts if it had not been touched. I brought it to their attention. They kept the vehicle overnight, when I returned to pick it up I noticed that the backseat still looked bad I was told that alot if the stains may not come out so I thought nothing of it. I took my car in to get the clutch replaced. He replaced the clutch and he charged me 1100 bucks!!! Granted thats my fault for not pricing around but i priced the parts and an entire STAGE 3 clutch kit (only got a stock one put in) was only 230 bucks. So i payed WAYYY to much. Now not even 5 months (about 8000 miles) later everything is going wrong with the clutch. Now he wants to charge me about another 500 bucks just to get it to shift again (not fix it completely). Took my car there because it was overheating. Spent $150. The mechanic said it may overheat on me again even though he test drove it for 15 minutes. Sure enough, it overheated on me on my way home. They did not work with me at all after that. I have to take it somewhere else now.

He is so honest and fair, I am happy to pay up front for services. He is such a rare and valuable find in today's profit driven market, I cannot recommend him highly enough.
