Bought a certified pre-owned Mercedes E350 from Robert Lalumendier (also worked with Jake Tucker and Kirk) a few weeks ago. Hands down best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Friendly, professional, not pushy, and so so helpful. I feel like I can call or pop in there with questions any time. Had the car back in this week to have a door ding taken out, they gave us a fabulous loaner car and returned my car to me with a full tank of gas. Never got this kind of service when I had a Ford! I just want to say myself and my wife had such a great experience buying our new 2018 Chevy Traverse. Ron our salesman and Kelli was fantastic. No pressure and they didn't try to sell us what we didn't want they found the vehicle and Kelli work her magic on finance and got us the payment we wanted. You know how when you go to some dealers you are there all day to buy a car we didn't do that we may have 2 hours total being there on the lot that includes test driving deal making and signing and picking up our new ride. What a pleasant car buying experience! I worked with Lisa, David, Ryan and Stephan at different portions of my 2 day buying experience. I pulled in without an appointment and I was still in and out in about 35 minutes. Everyone was very friendly. The waiting area and restroom were very clean and neat.
