I purchased my 2015 GMC Yukon during the polar vortex in February and during that time I didn’t realize the air conditioner didn’t work. As the temperatures increase, I have noticed that the air conditioner only blows out HOT air. Congratulations to me for being responsible for fixing an A/C issue that these scammers know about. Consumers please stay away from this dealership!
Very nice and caring service
My husband and I purchased out 1st vehicle from Sullivan-Parkhill today and can't say enough great things about the entire process. Our salesman, Art Dixon, was professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and we never felt pressured. The finance process was quick and easy and Joel did a great job getting us the best rate on our loan. We don't live in Champaign but will definitely be back to Sullivan-Parkhill for our next vehicle!

We brought in a Chevy Malibu because of a check engine light. We were lied to repeatedly about how long it would take and how much it would cost to diagnose, the customer service manager was both rude and unhelpful, and they tried to charge three times as much as the Chevy dealership in Bloomington to do the same job. When confronted about this, Sullivan-Parkhill was completely dismissive of us.

I think it's ridiculous to have to pay a $100 diagnosis fee (when you just plug in the computer for the diagnosis) and $33 for a gas cap and then extra shop charges for a total of $153 on a check engine light (which has to be cleared to use auto start). Funny that there was nothing wrong with the gas cap last month when they replaced the fuel pump, gas lines, and gasket.

Denise, I looked further into your review and I was informed that we did let you know upfront what the diagnostic fee and parts costs were. We do not continue service without approval from the customer. The fee is not "just plug in a computer for the diagnosis" but involves a certified technician to diagnose the problem.
