Worst management, worst alcohol set up/ all around worst for large crowds and concerts they clearly don't know how to handle high volume of people!
I don't understand how they sale their tickets. I was the 3rd person in line at the box office on the day tickets went on sale for Luke Bryan, and the best section I could get was 211!!! There were tickets available in the sections I wanted 105, 106, 107, and 108 last night, the day before the concert!! I would've paid for these seats 4 months ago. Makes no sense to me, and super disappointed!!!
I'm going to start by saying despite all the venue issues Luke Bryan is a great performer. Aside from that this venue was HORRIBLE. This was my first concert in Alaska and I'm glad I was gifted free tickets because if I had paid GOOD MONEY for waiting in line horrible sound quality on top of not having little to no access to non alcoholic beverages on the wet side of the venue I would have had steam coming out of my ears by the time Luke actually played.
