Came to the Kevin Hart concert this evening and thank god we didn't miss the main event. We waited in the A st traffic for one hour! Wish management would have done better with the parking assistance. We were honking at cars who were trying to cut in the line...it was horrible! We missed the the first two hours of the show. Can we at least get half a refund back or something? I recommend things to change. We are usually on time to events like this and tonight was a disappointment...😡
One particular security staff is absolutely horrible. Kicked my friend and I out of the Kevin Hart concert for absolutely no reason. Falsely accused us of something that we did not do, and we even had third party outsiders backing us up on our behalf. This was possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at the Sullivan Arena.
Stood in traffic almost an hour only to find out the parking lot was full 🤬. Long lines everywhere... Terrible event planning and management.
Worst parking and entry experience ever. No signs telling people in line for an hour that the parking lots are full. $160 tickets unused because we could not get in the event despite arriving an hour before the show time.
Bought 4 tickets to see Kevin Heart, spent two hours trying to find parking before determining there was no. Virtually NOBODY attending parking lot or directing traffic, the few cops who were there had no idea or advice on parking. Will never be buying tickets for this venue again, out $300 😤

Great show put on by the Sullivan Arena and Traxxas Monster Trucks! The staff and team members were excellent! My wife and boys loved the show!
