My last experience was super unprofessional. I got a style I didn't ask for that, at the time, aged me by at least 20 years! I communicated I wasn't happy and she did attempt to correct the issues however I still didn't get what I went for. She eventually told me to, "get out my chair!"🤣🤣 Needless to say that was the last visit. This was a very long time ago so things may have changed but if you are still able to book, be sure you are very clear about your expectations up front and bring photos.
