I requested Knotless Medium Braids. But the stylist stated her knotless braids are actually much smaller than other stylist. So, the braids were very small but still neatly done with larger square parts. It kind of made my daughter’s head appear in the back like she doesn’t have much hair and plus cut some inches of her hair shorter but she’s beautiful 🤩, she was able to pull off the hairstyle ♀️ Ms. Jeniece gave her.

We had our daughter’s 9th birthday party here yesterday and had a great experience. The owner was helpful and responsive with all questions ahead of the party, and staff was friendly and organized during the party. My daughter felt special and celebrated throughout. Highly recommend!

We were disappointed with our service at sugar plum. My daughters braids looked awful, uneven, and pieces not even included in the braid, not only that but the worker was SO rough she had my daughter crying while braiding her hair and she never even stopped to check on her. First she tried to charge me almost $40 more than she should have. I paid $80 for nail polish that was all over the place, braids that looked terrible and made her cry.
