We were disappointed with our service at sugar plum. My daughters braids looked awful, uneven, and pieces not even included in the braid, not only that but the worker was SO rough she had my daughter crying while braiding her hair and she never even stopped to check on her. First she tried to charge me almost $40 more than she should have. I paid $80 for nail polish that was all over the place, braids that looked terrible and made her cry. We celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday at SugarPlum Kids Salon & Spa yesterday, and it was truly nothing short of magical. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and thought they put into making the birthday girl feel incredibly special. The salon was fully decorated and festive, complete with balloons and a personalized sign just for her. Our hair dresser was amazing. The evvenement there is wonderful. While being there i noticed they had repeat clients that they treat as their own kids. Truly a family friendly place, the place has fantasies prices for the services they provide. Will be coming back. The stylest did amazing doing my little sister in laws hair!
