If I could have this or water on a stranded island, I'd pick this. Then die happily from dehydration with a stomach full of smoked meat.

Great Ribs, great everything
Taking my friend to dinner Wednesday for her first taste of Sugarfire. Gotta show her the greatness that is this place!! So totally psyched for the opening of the St. Charles location! Only 1.5 minutes from my house! Wooo!!!
Beef brisket is out of this world!
Some people don't like the atmosphere, having to wait in line, eating on metal trays, but I enjoy it! Thats what BBQ is meant to be. All the meats I have sampled have been delicious and tender. The sides are yummy as well. The soda is delic! I have been there a number of times and will continue to frequent.
