I have only been once so obviously can't speak to everything on the menu, however what I did have was disappointing. I had the combo platter ( 2 meats, 2 sides and a drink) for just under $15. The portions were adequate but I just felt like it ws a little costly. When I ordered I asked if they had burnt ends. I was told by a surly employee "sold out." tonight was my first time at sugar fire and I have to say it was excellent had the big muddy & jambalaya . I can't wait to go back and try the ribs.

Every single thing I ate/drank was amazing. Hands down the best meal I have had in years. From start to finish I had to put down my utensils to bask in the awesomeness that is Sugarfire. Thank you!!! Customer for life!!!
My family and I tried Sugarfire for the first time today (Saint Charles location) and everything was WONDERFUL. When we told a staff member about a missing side, not only did they get us the side, they also went out of their way to give us a dessert for our trouble as well. Delicious food and excellent costumer service. Will be recommending to everyone we know who loves BBQ!
