Best BBQ around! The ski takes me back to high school in Breese, IL as well!
Don't eat here if you wish to walk to your car under your own power. Also...set a spending limit and bring cash or you'll have a big credit card bill coming. WARNING!!! This food is known to be addictive. If not eaten with sone self control you will find yourself driving 45 minutes to get here as you pass 120 other restaurants.
The only thing they could do to improve would be to open a location on the east coast. I can only get their delicious BBQ when I'm in MO.
Went to Valley Park location. Absolutely loved the food!! Can't wait to go back!! The Mississippi Mud Pie was a little too crunchy around the edge, but the rest was EXCELLENT!!! Also, if there is a line don't be discouraged, it goes pretty quickly and it is worth the wait!!!

Not only was the food awesome and I highly recommend coming...these guys are awesome as people of the community! When my daughter went and asked for the manager, they treated her like she was important then when she ask for a donation for her soccer team fundraiser...without hesitation asked what our highest donation was so far and doubled it! Great food, great people, and great for our community!!!
I LOVE BOTH LOCATIONS ( St. Charles and Ofallon) lots of great things to choose from, everything taste great, you get huge servings(always take some home), great prices and great staff- what more could you ask for? I live in the middle of both so I'm the lucky one!
Went here yesterday for the first time. The wife and I both fell in love with this place. The portions are huge, they use small buisness soft drink manufactuers and these tater tots with pork, cheese and bbq sauce. Holy cow the pkrk is awesome!!!!
