Best food and service by any BBQ place in the area! Plus it is locally owned by a man who cares about the community. Can't get any better!
Some of the best BBQ I've ever laid a lip on. The ribs were perfectly done with a great smoked flavor and so extremely tender. I tried the PBLT sandwich and the bacon was top notch and not over cooked. Plus, the variety of sauces and the tastes were right on. I don't know whether I liked the coffee bbq sauce or the honey badger the best. But they were all great. Thanks to Casey for the conversation and hospitality.
Tonight was my first time in, and OMG was it ever as good as advertised. I had the Brisket sandwich with slaw, fried zucchini, cornbread, and sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet tea. Simply put, it was fantastic, and I can't wait to come back and try the ribs ... they looked sooooooo good.
Drove a few hours for a birthday lunch after combing through online reviews, loved it, good food, friendly staff, gave us a sweet treat when they found out we drove all the way just to spend lunch with them! Super unique atmosphere! A must go if you anywhere near Brentwood/Galleria area.
Smoked brisket philly cheese steak is quite possibly one of the greatest things ever. When you try and put it on a reference scale, I realize landing on the moon was pretty awesome. Also the Wright Brothers flying a plane was pretty legit. The fact we have nuclear power, cell phones that operate better than most PC, and the Furminator (I have a Golden Retriever) All these things pale in comparison to the awesomeness of said sandwich.

i grew up in Memphis eating "the best" BBQ. Corky's, Rendezvous, Central, Interstate, Neely's, Germantown Commissary... I've had it all. There is no better sauce ANYWHERE than the sauces at Sugarfire. And unlike a lot of places in Memphis, they actually come around to the table and ASK if you like your food and if they can get you anything. For my first time being here I have to say it was not the best. I paid 22 bucks for a piece of sausage, 2 slices of brisket, a drink, two sides and a slice of pecan pie. Both meats were cold. Had to wait 10 minutes to find a seat because it was raining outside.
My sister and I had dinner here with our parents. I loved the atmosphere, the location, the outdoor dining areas and especially the food. We all tried something different and I even took food home to my family. All was delicious. We will be back.
