Food is good.......No service......Ordered a plate, that was served on a piece of paper atop a metal tray.......Meat on a piece of paper and no bread, are you kidding me......Then you're expected to bus your own table......$24.00,Once was enough!!!

Micheal, we are a cafeteria style restaurant in traditional BBQ style. It's it the same at each Sugarfire location. When you order a BBQ plate, you get two sides, no bun. When you order the sandwich you get the sandwich and one side. If our chef at the carving station didn't explain it to you, we failed you. There are a lot of choices to make at that window and we try to never be too busy to give great service. We can't change how we serve meals, but we can control how well we serve. We were actually headed to another restaurant when we saw this place it sounded good and there were plenty on people so we thought why not give it a try. Glad we did the food was great.

I haven't enjoyed bbq and iced tea that much since we left Florida. Great dinner choices; friendly staff (thanks Jessie), comfortable atmosphere. Yup, we'll be back.

I ate lunch at the Valley Park location today. All I can say is outstanding. The service was great and the food was even better. I ordered the Sloppy Jimbo with the hashbrown casserole as my side. The casserole was really good but that Sloppy Jimbo sandwich was absolutely delicious. This sandwich has it all but my absolute favorite was the bacon on it. Single handedly the best bacon I have ever tasted. I can't wait to eat lunch there again.
As soon as we walk in ... we are greeted with the best hospitality. And everyone was absolutely amazing. Food is grwat.... will definitely be back!
My two sons and I went to Wizard World in St Louis tonight we were planning on eating at another place but the line was way too long so we saw Sugarfire thought what the heck let's try it. All I can say is I'm glad the other place was too busy. All of the staff we interacted with were fantastic friendly and eager to serve.
