Their food is good; HOWEVER, they ALWAYS run out of food! I came here specifically for the reuben hash brown casserole and at 3:57 pm it's sold out. I'm sure they already know how their crowd is going to be (because it's busy most days), so prepare more food to last until close. It's really frustrating. I co-owned a soul food restaurant in Locust Grove, GA, and our greatest effort was to never run out of food because whether you're an early customer or a late customer you should be given the same choices. I live close and Sugarfire is my favorite sauce spot in town. Their bacon cheeseburger is the bombdiggity!
I finally tried the brisket yesterday. It was great! I had a brisket cheese steak. Good smoke flavor on the meat, perfectly cooked peppers and onions, and an excellent cheese sauce. I'd recommend it to everybody. I'll be back for some more soon!

Had the pork steak special today for lunch. It was phenomenal!!! I brought a guest from Indy, and he was very impressed. Keep up the constantly changing menu/specials.

I've been to Sugarfire dozens of times and the meats are great but the sides are better!
Pulled pork, ribs, brisket, & sausage all delicious. Love all of the many sauce choices. Cashiers could be slightly more attentive versus carrying on multiple conversations with staff during checkout. But the food is so good i still give 5 stars.
