We really like Sugarfire, but tonight was terrible! Our pulled pork sandwich was mostly burned and fat. If we hadn't had it good other times, I'd never go back. The downtown location has never been as good as the other locations, but tonight was just a huge disappointment and waste of money!

I love how everyday they try new thing. Sometimes the specials are not my tastep but other might like it. Then others days they hit it out of the park and then some. Even if the specials are not good that day all the food is good
Eat at Sugarfire is um um good. It's yummy in your tummy. Go Cards.
Love the Valley Park location! My husband is from Mississippi and he thinks Sugarfire is better than Memphis bbq. I agree! I am not one to normally crave bbq but I always crave Sugarfire!!! Super friendly staff and all around great experience every time we go!

Fabulous BBQ!!! Were originally from KC, but this is by far the best! Everything made fresh everyday, everything including the croutons! Brisket is very tender, not greasy, and absolutely delicious. Pulled pork is to die for. Smoked turkey, the best I've ever had.
I've never had BBQ like this! Incredible flavor, you can really taste the hours of smoke and spices. The Brisket and pulled pork are outstanding! Must try the Big Muddy! I had the good fortune to meet the owner and employees at an event, and I was pleased with their upbeat personalities and positive attitudes.
