Had the Cheese Beefsteak Awesome food great atmosphere.

We go to St Charles location and it is terrific.
Cashier told me she didn't care if I wanted to make an order or not. "It didn't matter to her". Does that mean Sugarfire is so large it's customer's service is no longer to be desired?
