For lunch today, I got the Big Muddy with a side of baked beans, and my wife got the pulled pork with a side of mac-n-cheese. All the food was great. My wife usually has to drown her pulled pork in BBQ sauce, but the meat was so well smoked that she only added a little. The Big Muddy was a nice combination of brisket and smoked sausage with enough spicy kick to add another interesting flavor. I didn't like BBQ. Ate here. Now I love BBQ.
My husband and I got the plate of brisket and ribs with baked beans and mac & cheese and split it between us, oh yes the apple pie and pecan pie was delicious also. A great place, if you don't try it your missing out on a great place.
