Well now that we have told them we are moving in a few days, I will leave my review. I've lived here with my husband for exactly 2 years now. Apartment complex is clean and well kept up. Fixtures inside apartment are nice and up to date. If we had a problem with something, it was always fixed right away. Office staff has been extremely helpful, polite, and professional. I moved in in early September and am so pleased with the choice I made. I did a lot of research and looked at a lot of places in and around New Albany. Sugar Run can't be beat as far as value for your money. Lots of closet space, large kitchens with nice appliances, full size washer and dryer in the unit and easy access to major highways to get just about anywhere. Great apartments with good pricing, spacious apartments and fun events throughout the year. Maintenance is on it too! I've lived here for 3 years in two different apartments :)
I have lived here for a year, and I absolutely love it. It's located close to both major malls in the central Ohio area, yet it still feels like a country town. I just renewed my lease for six months, and I can see myself renewing in the years to come while I save for a house. The community is a little older, but it still looks nice and has a great club house and pool.
