Honestly this place isn’t as great as they lead you to believe. The grounds are dirty and the buildings outside have siding and such falling off. You can hear everything that your upstairs neighbors are doing and I mean EVERYTHING.Maintenance is really slow and sometimes you have to call them multiple times. We moved in last month and it’s been a great experience so far. Also, since moving in we’ve spoken to a few friends and shared the news we moved. Two of which said they have lived in these apartments before (one lived here for 4 years) and that they loved it. Nice to hear about all the good experiences. Not to mention, our neighbor brought us home cooked treats a few days after moving in that never even happened when we owned a home near by! Seems like a great community.

My husband and I have lived here for almost three years and I must say it has been a great experience. The girls in the office are so friendly and will help you with anything and we are very appreciative of all they do. The maintenance staff as well have been very good about fixing things-if need be-and have always been very helpful with anything that needs done. I've lived in way more expensive apartments that offered way less! I love living at Sugar Run. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments spacious and quiet, and the staff and amenities are incredible. Top notch!
Living at Sugar Run was a dream. The staff at the front office were some of the nicest people I've ever worked with, any maintenance issues were always handled in a timely manner by friendly staff, and the apartment itself was very cute and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend it to anyone!
