Sugar Mill is a great apartment community with well kept amenities and an amazing staff that makes you feel right at home. They host events at the clubhouse that are a lot of fun and allow you to get to know your neighbors. I would highly recommend this community.
Been a resident now about 5 months and beside the front gate not working at times, I really can't complain about the property. I love the space of the unit. And the neighbors are nice. I'm happy to call SugarMill home so far!
Been a resident since August, and I absolutely love it here. From day one all three ladies in the office have been on top of any and every concern or issue I have had. Kudos to Caitlin who is very very prompt in responding to your emails. The apartments are very spacious and well worth the money. And we got very lucky to have such wonderful neighbors too!! I highly recommend Sugarmill to anyone!!
Sugar Mill apartments are very nice. My son lived there and he loved it.
Worst place to live. The floors creak, the maintenance people steal from your home, and they charge you for stuff you don't even use. For instance, cable. People should be able to opt out of their basic cable. The staff is rude. Definitely will make sure everyone moving here will not live in this hell hole.
