RecommendedApartments are great and in a good area. Nice grounds but horrible noise from upstairs neighbors!!!! No respect for us! Vacuuming at 10 at night stupid idiots!!!! Not insulated very well. Can hear everything they do upstairs. Sleeps all day and up all night 😡😡😡 Don’t live on the bottom floor!!!!!!! Office staff are great.

Lived here for four years now. Beautiful luxury apartments. Large living area and extra spacious master bedroom. Largest walk in closets. Two full bath to include a soaking tub in master with separate shower and vanities. Grounds are beautiful kept. The staff is always there to take care of any problems. I highly recommend Sugar Mill Luxury Apartments
My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years. We love it! Beautiful, spacious apartments with tons of storage. The property and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Amenities are incredible. Lovely pool, work out room and house cleaning (just to name a few). We especially love the sweet staff. Highly recommend!

No use of giving compliment to the management. You can park your car the way you want (like parking on line and hard for others to park or getting into the car). Management is giving that LUXURY in Sugarmill Luxury Apartment. Even if you have dent in your car because of apartment neighbors, if have money / insurance repair or just keep quiet. Don’t complain. When you can’t provide video footage of the incident, you don’t have LUXURY to complain. Happy living.
They keep lying to me .. my lease was over in September and now they are charging me until November 4th . Rude staff , they paint is cheap . I’m paying an extra 1,500 + because they lied to me . I won’t fight this battle with them any more , the Lord will fight it for me .
It’s a Beautiful place to live and the staff is Fabulous !!! They are always doing different activities for all ages which makes it fun as well . Woodruff keeps our property so beautiful with all the different flowers that they change out very often !! ❤️
We recently moved here and we LOVE it! the trail is a great place to exercise and just clear your mind especially with the creek. The first day we moved in, we met our neighbor and she was so welcoming and assured that if we needed anything to let her know! It truly feels like home! So quiet, clean and beautiful! Also, Erika and the other ladies in the office have been nothing but GREAT help with making sure we were comfortable. Maintenance come at a timely manner and things are fixed very quickly!
