The layout is great, our neighbors are fun, and the staff here is the best staff anywhere. Erika, Caitlyn, and Leah are some of the most friendly people you’ll ever meet. My boyfriend and I recently moved here (to Sugar Mill) back in August. Both of our leases to our old apartments, we lived in two different complexes, were coming to an end. In our search on the top of our checklist was location to both of our jobs and also on my checklist was a very spacious master bedroom and closet, like the one I had at my previous apartment complex. I love living at Sugar Mill!!! The units are so well appointed and the layout is great. The grounds are well kept and maintained. When I have a service request it is completed quickly and done the right way the first time. And the staff is wonderful!!! They take such good care of their residents. I would recommend Sugar Mill and have.

The staff at Sugar Mill do a great job with bringing the community together through a variety of social activities that also incorporate giving back to those in need. I greatly enjoyed the step by step painting classes and their Halloween party. My husband and I also enjoy the tennis court. Overall a great property to make home.
