So I was staying over with a friend at the eagle crossing apartments (managed by sun ridge properties). I used their online parking registration website to register my car at 12:43am. We checked that the car was successfully registered before we went to bed. I wake up at 10 am, to find my car gone. That was odd to me because the manager herself and her assistant manager had told us that visitor parking was "any uncovered spot". I have been having problems with ****** Ranch Apartments since Feb 2021 ever since the winter storm Keke and Kita were so unhelpful and rude when my apartment was flooded and damaged due to the pipes. I can NOT get anyone to call me back. We had an issue at one of the properties that I need to be resolved and NO ONE will call me back... and it's about getting money back so if I was thinking about renting from ANY of their places I would think twice and also look at all the BAD reviews... There is a REASON for them.

I'm speaking on behalf of my neighbor because what happened to her is unacceptable. She didn't ask me to, but the tenants and public need to know what kind of business bought our apartments. I'm not sure if corporate knows what the office manager did and if they do then they're no better. My neighbor who is an older lady with severe hip problems and can barely walk has been patiently waiting for a downstairs two bedroom unit since before the previous owners sold. This company is so UNPROFESSIONAL. The staff at ***** Crossing Apartments at **** **** **** ****** road. With the exception of LaShell And Sharlett who have been helpful. The manager at sunridge has been everything but professional to me. There was an issue with a payment for rent back In feb that led to a late fee although I provided proof to corporate showing that the money was in my account. This company is so UNPROFESSIONAL. The staff is rude and don't care about there customers. Don't just take my word. SUNRIDGE MANAGEMENT have a long line of complaints from a lot of people. This company is one of the worst. Stay Away

This company don't care about the tenants well being it's only about how they feel if they like you , you have a place to stay an if they don't they will lie to evict you. Eviction has been filed and granted for Desoto Ranch against Ms. ***** for a variety of severe lease violations and violations of the law, including theft, tampering with US Postal Service, brandishing a weapon, and destruction of private property. These violations are breaches of the lease contract that resulted in the eviction. We wish the best for Ms. ***** in the future at a different community.

No hot water for 9 days it comes on Easter and is off the next day and has been since i wrote this. I am 66 years old with serious health problems and when you ask about the hot water they become confrontational and threatened me. The police came and i filed verbal threat charges and along comes the same officer saying now they want to file charges on me a 66 year old man with a pacemaker and quadruple bypass i have trouble walking much less threatening 2 young maintenance men. I have dealt with apartments before but this tops the height of being BIZZARE. The level of incompetence and outright greed is appalling. If they can't spare enough money to train and re-train the employees and the one-man corporate Stacey Y** or Stacy Y**, the obtuse manager Danielle R****** and ignorant ex-employee, Nataly M*******, then people will keep losing money. On September 8, 2020, Ms. ****** called and asked to speak to a former employee; she was informed the employee no longer worked for the company.
