horrible, don't answer phone when they do work, never answer email and just try to find every little thing to charge you for, don't communicate with you at all. Ms Lee has a NASTY ATTITUDE, the manager Carlos is never around or won't talk to you. Told them in October that I was moving out Dec 28 and now try to charge me 2x time the month to month rent which is 1389 for an older 1-bedroom apartment and was to by N Lee if i don't pay it, she will send it to collections because I didn't give them a 60-day notice.
