i love it! layne makes you feel very comfortable in such an awkward situation. feel very at ease and its like you've known each other for years (i've only known her for 4 months!!). She remembers everything about you and gives you tips and suggestions on how to keep things... well maintained. i would definitely suggest her services to others, and i have.
