RecommendedIf you have ever wanted to pay someone to rip hair off your naughty bits, this place is fantastic! Less painful than doing it yourself and great conversations are to be had whilst spread eagle. Seriously though it is a great place and pricing is good as well ❤️ the deal they advertise is legit and you can upgrade to full Brazilian. 💋

Samantha was amazing. I got my first ever Brazilian and I was so nervous. Samantha was cool and confident and made it as comfortable as possible. Didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. Will be going back regularly.
The company continued to charge my account months after I cancelled services. I have been trying to get in touch with them for days, voicemail is full, emails and texts go unanswered. Think twice before using this company.
Would not recommend this place to anyone, worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. I went to the Gilbert location and had to wait 15 plus minutes after my appointment - no one to answer calls or text messages so had to sit and wait with no notice. The aesthetician was nice but she rushed through the whole wax because she was very behind. Said I was “dehydrated” and that is why it was so painful. Hurt so badly I was in tears. Sugar Me Wax was amazing! Nivea at the North Scottsdale location did such a great job for my bikini wax. They were so professional and personal at the same time. I felt super comfortable and will definitely be going back. I am ready for the beach now! Thank you Sugar Me Wax! You’re the best!
Services were great, music was very soothing, and the lighting was perfect. The only complaint I had was as I was getting my facial and massage done there was so much laughter and gossiping going on with the co workers by the reception/waiting area, it was a bit disturbing. Other than that services were great.
