Layne the owner is so phenomenal she’s a great teacher, listener and oh yeah waxer. she has introduced me to so many things about women health and she is super smart I would recommend her 10 million times to 10 million different people. All locations are beautiful and clean and tasteful. The phone staff the schedulers and all the technicians are very kind and always pleasant to deal with Daisha Makhene
Got a wax on vacation last minute and this place is the best!!
At first I was unsure of how it would be or felt. The lady I had was amazing. She talked me thru every step and made it go by a lot quicker which I didn't even notice the pain and made me more comfortable. I highly recommend Sugar me Wax. I will be back.
Had a wonderful experience for being my first time at Sugar me wax. The employees were all great especially Cherlyn. She explained everything on my first visit and made my experience really enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back.
This was my first time getting waxed, so I was a bit nervous. But, my esthetician was so friendly and patient. I’d googled videos the night before and was horrified but it was almost painless.
Loved my experience with them, kristen was amazing. I will for sure be back amd will tell all of my friends. Prices are great too.

In the PAST they were AMAZING, Now under new management it seems and new workers my experience had to be one of the WORST. I was on the phone for 15 min while just trying to book my regular appointment that would usually only take 2 min. Then to be talked to so rudely by the "CEO" who's name is Lane,who had no knowledge of their monthly text message alerts, and on top of that VERY CONDESCENDING, and ARGUMENTATIVE.
