I had my central ac system crash recently and contacted my home owner warranty. The company they sent out was saying I needed equipment which I felt was not necessary. Through the recommendation of a friend I reached out to Sugar Land AC & Heating. The technician came out and accessed my system. He stated the other company was incorrect saying needed an additional return (stated mine undersized), and several other items as well.
