We called Sugar Land A/C because we were having issues with three of the 10 units that we have here in our shop. They responded and fixed one of the units right away.(same day in fact). The other two ended up having some serious issues but they were able to diagnose the problems, order parts, and fix them also in a great time frame. I would recommend Sugar Land A/C to anyone. I was really impressed.

We used Sugarland A/C to install a new a/c unit in a rental home and now use Bill for all our rentals and our own homes cooling and heating needs. Bill is honest and his prices are fair. He has even helped us find other trades that we are in need of. We are lucky we found Sugarland A/C!!

Great customer service, got quoted 600 by another A/C repair company but sugarland A/C and heating fixed just 160, Bill went above and beyond to help us very honest gentlemen!!
My name in ****** and I am a general contractor and I have observed bill the AC guys what I call him from beginning to end how meticulous he was about doing this job and make sure everything was covered and then right just staying into the night to clean up and make sure everything was done and cleaned properly if I have to hire an air condition guy this would be the company that I hired
