I was looking for a new a/c and heater maintenance service company and found Sugar Land A/C and Heating. Bill did the annual maintenance check on my heater and let me know about some needed repairs and safety updates that needed to be performed and provided options for the services. He provided thorough explanations of the work and options and worked with me on the pricing. I plan to use their services going forward.

Bill and Joe are friendly, helpful, and most of all honest. They didn?t try to sell me on stuff I didn?t need. They told me what the problems were and what needed to be fixed ?NOW?as opposed to trying to convince me that EVERYTHING needed replacing. I will def be calling them again when my ac needs fixing!!
