I contacted Sugarland A/C & Heating around 9 am on a Saturday morning, they responded with an arrival at 11:15am, trouble shot the problem and had it repaired by noon! Not bad on a Cold day! I would recommend this Company to anyone that needs A/C or Heating repairs done in a quick and Professional matter!

Just had my fall service done by Sugarland AC, I was late in having the service done, but that was totally my fault. Bill has always provided great service in the past when he was with another company, and even more now that he has his own company. Great company!

We had a leak that came from a/c unit. These guys helped out a lot, before they came we had 2 others come and look at our system. Sugar land A/C are the only ones who found the holes in our furnace. They did a detailed inspection on everything and we really appreciate it a lot. Thank you guys sooo much.

Bill came out on a Sunday (his normal day off), and took a look at a potential problem we thought we were having. We thought a bad odor was potentially coming from the HVAC system, but it turns out it was a plumbing issue. He was very knowledgable, and generously did not charge us for the visit. He also gave a number of recommendations on our current ventilation and duct work. I would definitely recommend using this company. They are very professional.

The owner of Sugar Land A/C ( Bill Means) is a great guy!! Extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding heating and air conditioning operations. He came to our ? rescue? recently after hours on a rare chilly Missouri City night.
