I highly recommend using Sue Neihouser as your realtor. As first time home buyers, she went above and beyond, walking with us through the entire process. When the basement of the house we planned to buy flooded a week before closing, Sue took the reigns and worked with seller, insurance company, and contractors to make sure the basement was redone up to code and our liking.
