First time there and first time getting my hair colored ever. Nervous but excited! I had a photo to sort of go off for my hair, my stylist Autumn did a wonderful job! She was so sweet and knew exactly what I wanted, and did an amazing job. I'm in love with my hair, I even want to go more blonde because of her wonderful job! For sure a returning customer. Especially to Autumn. :)

I had an amazing facial massage with Amber....so gentle, professional and knowledgable. So relaxing and beneficial. Purchased every product she used on my face....just turned 50 and it is time to get that youthful, glowing skin back. Bioelements is the product. Go see Amber soon
I have never had a hair stylist do this great! Everything I said I wanted was incorporated in to my new color. Emily did a absolutely amazing job and I have already set up a 2nd appointment! Very impressed and so glad I tried this place :)

I had the best experience getting a balayage dye treatment with Emily today! She was friendly, helpful, and when she turned around my chair after finishing touches my jaw literally dropped! She is great and I would highly recommend her!

I keep seeing ads on. TV asking people to buy gift cards from here. BUYER BEWARE. My sisters gave me a $50 gift certificate for birthday a number of years ago which I misplaced. When I found it inside of a piece of luggage I had used from that birthday weekend, I called to set up an appointment only to be told I couldn't use it because it had expired. I explained what had happened and insisted that she ask management if they would make an exception. She called me back to say "no". I called again months later and was told the... read more

Poor service. My hair was destroyed and is a fuzz ball with clumps falling out. I may have to get a wig!!! Was promised a refund of $128.00 and a gift card (as if I'd go back) and only received an $81.00 refund multiple weeks later and no gift card. Never again!!!
